I have called and texted the dealership about some concerns I had. No one has taken time to call me back. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone if this is how they treat people once the ink dries. Zero attempt to answer my questions! I was told when I brought my truck back in to have some paid add-ons completed, I would get a loaner. I tried to schedule but the sales guy refused to call me back. I scheduled myself, the shop said there were no loaners to be given out. No shuttle was available, I had to Uber back to my office. Finance department was left messages and I believe his name was Branden(??), he too has refused to return my calls.
