Austin is great

I came to the dealership to address three items, a tire sensor, brakes pulsating and hard downshifting (which it has been in 3 times before to fix). For the tire sensor I was charged $120 to diagnose and something around $130 to fix. I am not sure why any diagnosis was necessary as even my service advisor looked at it and said something like "yea, thats a quick sensor replacement" so why are we charging for a diagnosis? Also, for some reason that tire was inflated to 40PSI while all the others (and the recommendation in the door) states 35 psi. The brakes seemed to be replaced fine. My hard downshifting was not able to be addresses since there apparently is a huge backlog of GMC transmissions that need to be addressed and that I will need to reschedule "sometime later" to try and have it looked at. In addition, the staff seemed very overwhelmed and were not customer focused. I stood in front of the service desk waiting for my technician to stop having a gripe session with another employee about an unruly customer for almost 5 minuted before even being addressed or asked to hold on for a bit. Overall, bad service and bad quality.
